No. Each phase works independently. Many clients start with tender writing or intelligence alone and add phases as their pipeline grows. The full system delivers the strongest results, but you can start where you need most help.

Tender intelligence is active within the first week. Evidence library build typically takes 4–6 weeks depending on the volume and quality of existing documentation. Tender writing engagements run on the individual tender's window.

That's common, especially for providers new to bidding. We work with what you have — service reports, past submissions, staff records — and structure it into reusable bid evidence. Gaps are identified early so you can fill them before the next opportunity.
