These are interim website terms. They are intended to prevent the website from presenting old or conflicting commercial terms while JC Tenders prepares formal legal documents. They should be reviewed by a suitably qualified UK legal professional before being treated as final terms.

1. About this website

This website provides general information about JC Tenders and its tender writing support. It does not provide legal, procurement or financial advice.

2. Service information

The website describes two current tender-writing options:

  • a standard price of £1,000 per tender, currently offered as £1,000 for two suitable tenders; and
  • £1,000 upfront plus a £1,000 success fee payable only when the client is awarded the tender. If the first tender is unsuccessful, a second suitable tender may be supported without another upfront fee.

Website copy is not a complete service contract. Tender suitability, scope, responsibilities, deliverables, second-tender eligibility, award trigger, payment timing, follow-up support and any other service terms must be discussed and agreed in writing before work begins.

3. No guarantee of award

JC Tenders does not guarantee that a client will be awarded a tender. Evaluation and award decisions are made by the relevant buyer and may depend on price, eligibility, evidence, competition and other factors outside JC Tenders’ control.

4. Starting an enquiry

Sending an email or tender document does not by itself create a service engagement. A free 30-minute suitability call is required before any payment invitation. The call is used to assess the tender opportunity, available information and evidence, timing, and whether JC Tenders can realistically help. It is not a pressure-sales call.

Only if there is a suitable fit may the conversation move to scope, responsibilities, process and payment. An engagement begins only after the applicable scope and service terms have been agreed in writing.

5. Information supplied by users

You should only send information that you are authorised to share. The accuracy and completeness of information supplied for a tender may affect the work that can be completed.

6. Website content

We aim to keep the website clear and current, but information may be updated or withdrawn. Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for reviewing the applicable tender documents or obtaining professional advice where needed.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design and original website content belong to JC Tenders or are used with permission. Service-specific ownership and usage rights must be addressed in the written service terms.

The website may link to third-party services or information. JC Tenders is not responsible for the availability, content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

9. Liability

Nothing in these website terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any service-specific liability provisions must be set out in the written service terms and reviewed as part of the legal-document process.
