Transparent pricing

Two ways to fund your next tender

Choose a straightforward fixed fee or share part of the fee with the outcome. Every engagement starts with a free suitability consultation before payment or written scope.

Clear from the start

Pricing is published before the sales conversation

You should be able to understand the commercial options before deciding whether to speak with us. This page shows the two current tender-writing routes without hiding the fee behind a form.

The free consultation is still required. We use it to assess the opportunity, available documents and evidence, timing, and whether JC Tenders can realistically help.

Only where there is a suitable fit do we move on to the proposed scope, responsibilities, process and payment. The final written terms govern the engagement.

Tender writing options

Choose the fee structure that suits the opportunity

Both options cover tender support and writing within an agreed scope. Neither is a self-serve checkout.

Fixed-fee tender writing

Fixed fee

The standard price is £1,000 per tender. The current offer provides support for two suitable tenders for the same £1,000 fee.

£1,000 current two-tender offer
  • £1,000 per tender as the standard price
  • Currently £1,000 for two suitable tenders
  • Opportunity and evidence review before work starts
  • Criteria-led response planning and writing
  • Exact deliverables and review stages agreed in writing

The consultation, tender suitability, scope, payment details, follow-up support and any second-tender eligibility are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Which option?

The right route depends on the tender and how you prefer to manage risk

The free consultation is designed to help establish fit, not pressure you into one option.

01

Choose the fixed-fee option

A clear choice if you want the full current fee known upfront and expect to pursue two suitable opportunities.

  • One upfront fee under the current two-tender offer
  • No payment linked to the buyer's award decision
  • Each tender still needs to meet the agreed suitability and timing requirements
02

Choose the split-fee option

A suitable choice if you prefer to hold part of the fee back unless the tender is awarded.

  • £1,000 upfront and £1,000 only on award
  • Potential support for a second suitable tender if the first is unsuccessful
  • Commercial details confirmed in the written engagement terms

Suitability

What we assess before accepting a tender

  • The tender opportunity, buyer requirements and submission deadline
  • The documents, policies, operational evidence and approvals available
  • Whether the proposed scope is realistic in the time available
  • Who is responsible for evidence, review and final approval
  • Whether JC Tenders is the right support for this particular submission

A clear boundary

We do not guarantee tender awards

The buyer controls evaluation and award. Pricing, eligibility, evidence, competition and other factors remain outside JC Tenders' control. What we can agree is a clear working process for the submission.

  • Scope and responsibilities confirmed before work begins
  • Responses organised around the tender questions and evaluation criteria
  • Evidence based on accurate information supplied by your organisation
  • Review stages and follow-up support defined in the written terms

Client experience

What care providers valued in the process

Edited delivery summaries retained from existing client feedback.

They wanted honest guidance on what a strong bid should look like without committing to ongoing support. The per-tender route gave them a clearer scope and a simpler process.

Care with Patience Ltd

Tender writing support

They needed help translating service delivery into a stronger tender narrative. The response became more focused, better organised and easier to take through final review.

Headway Housing Ltd

End-to-end tender writing

They already had draft material and needed practical priorities rather than generic commentary. The review made it clearer what to strengthen first and why.

Fit

Is tender writing support right for this opportunity?

The consultation checks the conditions needed for useful, responsible support.

A stronger fit if…

  • You have a live or upcoming care-sector tender and can share the pack or portal details
  • Your team can provide accurate evidence and approve the response
  • There is enough time for a realistic writing and review process
  • You want answers built around the buyer's questions rather than generic copy

Unlikely to be a fit if…

  • The tender or submission requirements cannot be shared
  • There is no access to the people or evidence needed for accurate answers
  • The deadline leaves no realistic time for review and approval
  • You are looking for a guaranteed award outcome

Email the information you have. We can use the free call to establish what is realistic.

For the consultation

What to send if you have it

You do not need a polished briefing document to start.

  • Tender pack, notice or portal link
  • Submission deadline and any clarification dates
  • Buyer questions, word counts and scoring criteria
  • Available policies, certificates, case studies or performance evidence
  • A short note on the areas where you want support

A link, deadline and short summary are enough for the first email.
